I’m trying to add my digital ID (driver’s license) to my Apple wallet (IPhone 11). When I click on the plus sign to add I get the four states with airports accepting digital ID. I click on my state Georgia, which accepts digital ID, but I only get spinning. I tried the same on my wife’s IPhone 7 and it worked perfectly.

My phone is in latest version. I only have debit or credit card & transit card two options. There’s no place to select the digital ID. I wonder why this happen. Thank you.
