iPhone contacts are not backing up in iCloud
How do I get the contacts on my phone to update in iCloud? I have followed all the instructions but nothing happens to update. Nothing changes

The Contacts that you can view in Contacts at www.icloud.com are not related to an iCloud Backup. You cannot view contents of an iCloud Backup.
Those contacts are synced. The following may help: Keep your contacts up to date with iCloud - Apple Support
