Is there a way to prevent iCloud family members from seeing my devices When they open FindMy on their respective device(s)? I am the family organizer and don’t really care to see their devices either.

This is still very much an issue. I just invited my sister to share my iCloud+, and not only could I see all her current and past devices, including one she had to erase all data on because it was stolen, but I was able to erase each device and forget them. This shouldn’t be a feature.

Support confirmed that family members are able to see the devices of everyone part of the family sharing group, even if the location is not shared. There is currently no option to turn that feature off.
Turn off location sharing to stop sharing locations. See information in Share your location with your family - Apple Support

I turned off location sharing for all family members but they can still see my devices…
the big problem is that every family member can not only see, but also erase your device.. That's right, your kid can select your device and erase it from the find my iPhone app.
