Mac book air display

I have an old Apple desktop computer with a white screen fault on starting up. The black line gets halfway across the screen and then nothing but a white screen. My question is, would I still be able to use it as a monitor to screen share from my MacBook Air laptop any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Mac mini M2 Pro screen blank off and come back again Just bought a new Mac mini M2 Pro. When I connected up a computer screen PRISM + W270 PRO, when the Mac is up and running the screen will starts to blank off and back to main desktop image. My Mac mini M2 Pro, is with macOS is ventura 13.3. Any advice from community. Thank you BR Alberts

My Macbook A1286 only shows a black screen Hello friends. I have a Macbook A1286 2011, it suddenly stopped showing the image on screen, it only shows a blank, black screen, however it works perfectly through HDMI with another monitor. What can be the problem? Maybe is the LVD cable or the LCD itself? Any information is welcome. Best regards!

there are some hardware based restrictions that will determine if it would work with your two Macs.
