macbook打了空白鍵會出現藍色框或紅色框

在macbook打字的時候想打空格，有時候會出現藍色框或是紅色框，紅色框出現的話還會退出視窗。。。

這真的很困擾我，讓我有時候打不到空格，希望能盡快解決:(
