How do I cancel just the iTunes account? I need to keep my payment active for data purchases. Just need to cancel monthly iTunes subscription charge.

See If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support. Presumably you have an Apple Music subscription that you want to cancel. Download any matched/uploaded tracks that are currently in the cloud first.
