BMR and Calories
Are the red number (calories burned in red) on the display calories burned over my BMR?

If i understand BMR as metabolic "just being alive" calories then yes Total =BMR+Move calories

The red ring calories are related to workouts and detected activity.
The Total Calories is the day's metabolic burn plus activity calories
My 2384 total includes the 640
Sometimes it records "move" red calories burned when I am even sitting. Those are really above my BMR?
