If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

Apple isn't obligated to grant one in most countries, and won't be anywhere without being asked.

You can try asking a live person in App Store support; click on the Support link at the top or bottom of this page and navigate the menu to iTunes & App Store support.

That is not how Apple subscriptions work.

Your subscription cancels at the end of your current billing period.
