Music no longer plays in Dolby Atmos after iTunes Store

I have an iPhone 14 Pro and subscribe to Apple Music. I have noticed lately that if I stream an album/song in Apple Music that plays in Lossless or Dolby Atmos it will play in that format, but if I buy the same album/song from the iTunes Store on my phone the files will no longer play as Lossless or Dolby Atmos. I checked my settings and Download in Dolby Atmos is set to on. Sync Library is off on my device. Is there any reason why this is happening?
