I have stored pictures in a hidden album. When I want to add a picture from the hidden album in whatsapp, it shows the hidden album as empty. How do I get the contents of the hiden album to be visible through whatsapp?
Err yeah, but doing that completely loses the point. You should be able to tell iOS to make the hidden photos album available to the apps you want. Since it anyways will use faceID/password to unlock the hidden album.

Found a way!!!
1)Go to your “hidden” folder
2)Choose the media you want
3)Select the “share” icon
4)In the share page, go to the “apps” row below the media and your immediate contacts
5)Scroll to WhatsApp or to the “more” icon options to select WhatsApp
6)When you select WhatsApp, choose the contact or chat you want to share with
7)Then press next on the bottom right.

But we cant send it as HD format.
Only through WhatsApp the HD option is available.
Only way is I can think is to unhide the selected media, send it and then again hide it.
But now i have to scroll and search the media that is scattered across the different times after unhiding for both sending and hiding it back again
