403 error only on one website. I tried a different browser but didn’t help. How do I fix this on my brand new iPad?

Error 403 is a server-side status code meaning access to the requested resource is forbidden. The server understood the request, but will not fulfill it.

Put another way, you cannot access the page because you are not permitted access to it. The potential causes are many, including but not limited to your IP Address having been blocked.
