Why does my Mac M1 battery drain when turned off?

My MacBook even the novel that is completely off consumes charge and with about 20% cycle, the battery health has reached 93%.

Is it normal?

batteries are chemical devices they will lose charge even if you physically removed it from the laptop

Battery problem? I just bought a new MacBook Air 2020 M1. I set It up and leave it on 90%. When I came back, after an hour, it was almost completely drained (15%). Is it known issue for new MacBooks or is something wrong with it?
