Can't open FCPX in Rosetta mode after Ventura 13.3.1 (a) update

Hi, I've been using FCPX in Rosetta mode without any issues on my M2 Max with Ventura 13.x.x (don't remember the exact version). Today I updated my Mac to Ventura 13.3.1 and now I can't launch FCPX in Rosetta mode.

I used to do it via Terminal by typing in the command screen -d -m arch -x86_64 "/Applications/Final Cut Pro.app/Contents/MacOS/Final Cut Pro".

Now when I'm trying to execute this command the FCPX icon starts jumping in the dock for couple seconds and then nothing happens. I tried to restart my Mac and to reinstall rosetta (other apps work perfectly in rosetta mode) but it didn't help.

So now I'm looking for the way to launch FCPX in Rosetta mode on Ventura 13.3.1 (a)

Thanks!

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.3

Rosetta...(?) From the Get info pane ( Command i )

if the app is "Universal" I would not use Rosetta and compare your results.

verify your software is up to date…

The current stable release of Ventura including bug fixes, security updates is macOS Ventura 13.4

To leroydouglas and others who might wonder. There is a good reason the OP wants to run software in Rosetta 2 mode. A lot of plugins for FCP and Motion still isn't available for Apple Silicon (and may never be). The Terminal command quoted is a workaround designed to be enable these plugins just fine on a newer Mac.

I'm running Sonoma 14.2.1 and I can no longer use these commands (originally posted by MotionVFX) either. Nor is it possible to manually checkbox "Open in Rosetta" in the "Show Info" window for these apps. Safari, for instance, still has that box, so Apple clearly knows there are uses for this.

I suspect that an update of the apps (FCP and Motion) dropped the Rosetta mode, not a system update, but I'm only guessing.
