I'm locked out from my MacAir - please help
After forgetting my password while traveling I've managed to get locked out. I cannot figure out how to unlock it at this point. Help please!

Be aware, it your Mac is truly locked down, that requires a trip to an Apple Store with proof of who you are and the purchase receipt showing you as the true owner. Maybe the above link will work for you.
