The auto sleep mode in my apple tv , used to turn off also my Samsung tv.
But since few days ago it doesn't. The TV stays on, while the apple TV goes into auto sleep mode (after 15 mins).
How can i fix it?
I have the exact same issue. This issue has started after a recent apple tc update.
I have tried to reset the hdmi connection by unpluggin all hdmi cables and also powering off for 2 minutes.
Did not help.
Again manually choosing sleep and the tv turns off.
what happens if you turn it to sleep manually using the remote or the settings menu?
If I turn it off manually using the Apple TV remote, the TV turns off too.
