I can´t find the Apple Account balance option. Not in my iPhone, not in my MBAir. I live in Bolivia. May be that is the issue? Txs

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

Thank you. I had already checked the article but wasn´t helpful, because I can´t find an item ('option) called 'account balance'. There is not a button or a link to click on, where I can deposit funds.
Ok, I´ve just found the answer. Apple account balance is not available as a valid payment method in most of latin america.
