Blocked contact

Hello, I’ve blocked a contact but I’m still receiving is calls and messages.

why is this happening and what can I do?

Apple Iphone 14 automatically blocking calls from contacts HI there, my iphone automatically blocks calls from some of my contacts whom I regularly contact. I've change phones, gone to the provider - but it keeps automatically blocking calls and messages. Did anyone resolve this?

I tested Blocking / Unblocking of a contact for iMessages (Same is not valid for SMS/MMS). Please see the pic below which is self-explanatory
