9th gen ipad keeps random crashing while playing Diablo immortal. I have re installed several times cleared cashe files and tested internet all of which are great. My device is up to date as well please help.

My iPad 9th gen also crashes constantly. Multiple attempts at repairing client and clean reinstalls appear to have no effect. Blizzard is pointing at Apple and vice versa. This is ridiculous. Apple should either work with Blizzard to rectify this very common issue or remove the app from the App Store if neither is willing to support it.
My iPhone 11, iPad, iPad mini gen 5, even iPad mini 6 gen, all crashing too. You can try solution is C h a n g e. B r a n d.

That’s my route effective last night. Not because of game performance mind you, but because Apple Pay causes nothing but problems with my bank account. Thought gift cards and placing cash in Apple wallet would help. NOPE!
Hi! Do you have Low Power Mode enabled? Try to turn it off when launching the game.
Restarting your iPad may also help:
1. Press and hold the top button until the power off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait for 30 seconds for your device to turn off.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the top button until you see the Apple logo.

Mmmm…Blizzard is owned by Activision, Activision is owned by Microsoft, so…
I switched to Andr.. both phone and tablet.
The tablet can even mod the resolution to achieve wide screen like phone. But the mod is on device so tablet will have black area top bottom like some movies. Since my tablet is for gaming is ok. Non root. Just Dev mode with PC-USB connection running PowerShell script.
I’m having the same issue on my new Gen 9 iPad - frequent desktop crashes in both DI and Warcraft Rumble. After going through the recommended steps and tech support, I returned and replaced with a new Gen 9. The crashes are still happening, so very likely a compatibility issue.
