everytime my grandson plays certain games in roblox it completely kicks him out of roblox he has updated his ipad he has plenty of storage space he has updated his roblox game and closes out other apps running in the background it still kicks him out i tried loggin into the same game starbase and it just tells me on my ipad it may not run well with my device... any advice on the problem

Roblox web browser on ipad doesn't load. I've been looking around the forums and can't find a situation like this. I clicked on a shady link that turned out to be a cookie logger and panic changed all my accounts. It was "roblox.com.hn". (PSA: if theres a website with anything after .com then it most likely is malicious) When i boot up roblox.com it's just a blank screen with the "open roblox app" banner ontop. When i go onto the roblox web browser onto a game none of the other games show up and i cant press the play button (big green button that you press to launch a game). Does anyone know a fix for this? I updated my ipad as it said it could be one of the solution to do so but no luck.
