How to delete a app that will not delete

What happens when you attempt to delete it? Do you not get the delete option? If you do not get the Delete option then, You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.

Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➔ Deleting Apps : Set this to ALLOW

I want to delete the Tabs app (from ultimate guitar.) I downloaded the app, but did not verify my account. I cannot delete it from my applibrary on my iPad like normally . What to do?
