Getting a Refund:

You need to contact Apple Support. These are just user-to-user forums. No one here has any call in your returns or returns(and that is a good thing, BTW).

You Can't. Unfortunately, cancelling a refund request is not an option. If you still want to use a purchased item, then simply repurchase it.
