Some years ago I was with OPTUS and used Optusnet e mail. I have since moved on to G Mail but I just cannot rid the previous reference to Optus in my Apple ID. No matter what has ben done, it keeps returning and hamperiung my access to any apple associated produce. Please I need some help !!!

Note: it takes awhile to get everything sorted out.
