I LOST ALMOST 70GB MEDIA

Hello, lately I uploaded all my photographs and videos to iCloud and deleted it from my device. I could use iCloud and download from the website. But right now when I open the iCloud website, I cannot see any media either in recently deleted folder. No warning i received for deleting it. Please help!

iCloud Photos is for syncing only. This means if you delete from a device it also deletes from iCloud and other devices with it on.

"When you delete photos and videos on one device, they're deleted everywhere that you use iCloud Photos. If you delete something accidentally, you can recovery it in the Recently Deleted folder for 30 days. After that, it's deleted permanently. "
