Access privileges denied, Word, Ventura 13.3.1
After creating 2 word documents, and trying to save them, a message appeared that "Word cannot complete the save due to a file permission error".
I made a TEST Word document and named it 'TEST'. When I tried to close it, a message appeared that "Document 1 cannot be saved". And it closed, and it did not save as Doc. 1.
I look in the file and I see TEST doc is saved. Why does this message appear, but the document is saved?
When I tried to open the document TEST, message appears "Word cannot open the doc; user does not have access privileges.
I followed the steps at support.apple.com, the MAC os Ventura 13 User Guide steps, but they did not resolve the issue.
There are 2 users on my laptop, I am the administrator.
Anyone else experience the same problem?
