I've been having problems inside diffeerent Apps. The display moves up, when I enter or click something to the time, battery, Wi-fi, etc is half way off the screen. If I return to the home screen it resets but happens every time. Has anyone else noticed this and is there a fix as although not the end of the world if somewhat annoying?

From what you've described, it sounds like you have an Accessibility featured enabled called Reachability: Reach the top of the iPhone screen with one hand - Apple Support
To check, go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Reachability.

Thank you for your answer. But that's not it. The screen doesn't move down like reachability. The App I'm using all moves up behind the status bar and is not reachable. I've experienced it with two different Apps so far
Did you find the fix? I have this issue with couple of 3rd party apps and reachability is off.
