Copy Music from iPhone to Mac - no other source available
I replaced my iMac with a Mac Mini. The Time Machine backup was garbage (new storage hardware on order to prevent another such failure) and the old iMac has been wiped from recycling. I see discussions that date back to iTunes, but I'm not sure they are relevant.

Much of the music in my iPhone library was ripped so its not a simple case of restoring purchases. I've subscribed to "iTunes Match" as that seemed like a cost effective solution, but when enabling "sync library"on the iPhone, there is a warning that my library will be removed. I do not want to lose my library. Some of the music is irreplaceable. Will "iTunes Match" accomplish my goal? If not, how about third party software to make the transfer? Once the music is on the Mac, I will connect by cable and sync music as needed.
