I called Apple Support they told me to call Microsoft support since it is a 3rd party app. I called Microsoft support and was on hold for 40 minutes, spoke to one person who said she needed to transfer me to someone that could help me with Remote Desktop Client on Mac. Was transfered to a person that asked me what the issue was, as I repeated it again, he then proceeded to tell me I could not call in as Microsoft Support is on call back only adn that I need to go to support.micrsoft.com/oas to create a case and someone would get back to me.

When trying to create a case a support.microsoft.com/oas there is no option for choosing Remote Desktop for Mac. I looked through ALL the options. Then when I filled in sudo info to get a case created it said I meede to buy support.

I cannot work due to this issue and neither Apple or Microsoft can help?

Since I can login using a Windwos 10 machine, it sounds like it is a Mac issue, but yet Apple Support will not help!!??

You're going to have to deal with Microsoft on this. It's strictly in their ballpark. Apple has no control over Microsoft's products.

A better solution would be to let your corporate IT department take the issue up with Microsoft.

Are you using the Remote Desktop app download from the Mac App Store or directly from Microsoft?

I highly recommend using the versions of Microsoft apps from the App Store instead of downloaded directly from Microsoft. The update process is cleaner and vetted more carefully.
