I'm on 10.5.2 and need to update to 10.5.4, but can't update the computer to newer than Catalina because of some 32Bit software I still need.
In the AppStore when I click update it says the latest version needs 11.5.2, but I can download the latest that's compatible. When I click download, it asks the same thing again for 3 more times. Then nothing happens. Where do I get 10.5.4 as a standalone installer so I can update this?

You need to find the application in your Purchased page. If you already have a version installed you should move it to the trash. In Purchased there should then be a cloud download button. This will offer you that latest version available for your OS.

Thanks a lot, yes, I needed to trash the old version.
I think the reason the update didn't work was because it was not directly in Applications but in a subfolder FinalCutProX, because this computer for a long time also had FCP7 installed in parallel.
It's downloading, now, so hopefully that works.
