I don’t know how to fix this one I can’t connect to the Wi-Fi

If this Mac cannot get an access to Wi-Fi, try temporarily using an Ethernet connection to continue thru the activation process.

Click the "Next" button and choose the network you want to use.

Which is it? Can't start or can't connect? Obviously if you can't start your can't connect, but the screen shows you the Mac has been started up.
