Cannot Cancel Subscription

I accidentally paid for a subscription for a scanning documents app service, when I tried to cancel it or refund it on the app, there was literally no option to cancel it or refund it, I tried to go through subscriptions in setting but there was still no option to get a refund or cancel it, the app is extremely sketchy, I looked through the terms and conditions and the guy who made it put his email and full name, wasn’t professional at all and i’m afraid i’m gonna get scammed
