trade in kit

The return kit is delivered separately from the phone and usually a day or two after.

If you don't have it, you will need to contact Apple Support.

If your trade in expires Tuesday, you aren't going to make it.

I have raised this with Apple on many occasions , they are useless!!! the provided tried now 7 times (!!!!) to deliver my trade-in kit and I found out from the post office that the address on each occasion was not correct (missing the name and house number). This is absolutely outregous and NOT what you expect from a compnay like Apple who charge over 1k for a phone! jokes!
