find my problem
I can see my iPad on “find my device” but it says no location found what do I do now?

THat could mean that your device is offline - like a wifi only ipad not on a known wifi network. Or it could be turned off/out of power.
Some info at the link may be helpful. Is it lost or was it stolen?
