Apple Watch SE not working after update

My Apple Watch SE no longer works after update. Displayed all kinds of colors when taking it off charger. Now screen is black. Occasionally it flashes on and time is correct then goes to flashing colors and stripes and then back to black screen. How do I get it back?

Try a forced restart, but if it doesn't help, you'll need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options. It sounds like a hardware issue, to me.


To Force Restart your watch, press and hold BOTH the digital crown and side power buttons at the SAME TIME. Keep holding both buttons for several seconds, until you see the Apple Logo, then let go of both buttons. Sign back in with your passcode when prompted.
