Is there any way to set up automatic transfer into the Savings account?

Is there any way to set up automatic transfer into the Savings account? Can I link a secondary/other bank account and have it so that it regularly (every 2 weeks or month) transfers money into the Apple Savings account?

No. Deposits into Savings must be done manually every time.
