disappearing emails

My emails have disappeared from my iPhone SE (2nd generation), my MacBook, & my iPad Air. The only emails showing are the most recent 5.

I’ve deleted my email account & put it back on each device, but it hasn’t helped.

Can anyone help me, please?

The most likely reason for what you describe is the way your email service provider has configured your account. There can be any number of reasons they were deleted from the server. Does it have a webmail interface you can use to determine if they were archived or are otherwise retrievable?
