cannot stream live tv on itvx on safari on mac m1

cannot stream live tv on itvx on safari on Mac m1 since the latest 16.5a update. Was working fine until update, I can stream itvx programs and films but when I try to stream live tv it doesn't seem to connect says live program has 0mins, and does nothing. I live in uk, so can get the itvx service, I'm not using a vpn either. Any help to resolve this would be great, it has me bamboozled.

Why can't I watch Live TV on ITVx Why can't I watch ITVx on my MacBook Pro Quad-Core Intel Core i7 running Sonoma 14.0. Got a popup that said there was an issue with Safari and to try another browser. I use Chrome and that was on the list but I can't even log in with Chrome, just get a spinning wheel. Safari look good until I try to play live and nothing happens. I can stream Live using the ITVx app on iPhone 11 Pro Max on the same Wifi
