Apple watch 7000 how to reset

There is no such Apple Watch as 7000. You may have a Series 7 watch, however.

It must be placed on its charger in order to restore the watch.

OK.....I had to do some digging. The 7000 evidently refers to the aluminum alloy used on the Apple Watch Series 1 or 2, which are actually quite old.

If the directions in the link don't work, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for help, but I would highly advise you spend NO money on service for such an old device, which you may find won't pair with your iPhone and can't run the newer WatchOS versions anyway.
