Change method of payment

My method of payment for a monthly subscription is overdue since my credit card has been replaced due to the original credit card having been used for fraudulent use.

i have been trying to change method of payment to new card but not working. Help please.

If you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in this support article:--> If you need to change or update your Apple ID payment method , I suggest that you contact iTunes Store Support Team directly, using this specific link:--> Apple Support

(if you get no help, look at the bottom of the above link, where you can contact them using "chat" or "phone" options).
