Photoshop for Windows PC and Photoshop for Mac are explicitly designed for these OSs - and cannot be installed on other platforms. Photoshop for iPad is increasing powerful, more so with every release, but lacks some of the features found in the equivalent version designed for desktop/laptop computers.
