Voicemail setup
I set up a voicemail greeting which plays on my phone and is saved as custom. When I have a call, only the default plays and says my voicemail is not set up.

I recommend that you contact your carrier because the voicemail feature is provided and managed by them. Your carrier should be able to guide you through so that your voicemail is working normally.
