If Apple Support is available by chat in your country, you should see the Chat option in Contact when you follow the correct path at Contact - Official Apple Support.

For example, if you need assistance with your iPhone 11 Pro, click on the iPhone logo under "Get the help you need" and choose your issue. If you don't see the option to Chat in the Contact section, it may not be available in your country.
