Is there a way to manage 30+ iPhones for Business?

Hi, Is there a way to setup and manage multiple iPhone accounts, associated with a specific business @email address? Currently it is a real chore to setup new iPhones, or delete and reset closed accounts. Standard setup also allows only so many devices on one 2FA number. Surely there must be a way that a (growing) business is able to setup new devices with the same apps etc. and being able to manage them at all times? Lost/stolen devices, staff leaving etc. Currently we have more than 30 iPhones to manage (iPhone SE, 12 and 14), with more on the way.

Any pointers are appreciated, or whom to contact.

Thank you very much.

iPhone 12

A single Apple ID is not intended for use in a business environment.

What you're looking for is Apple Business Manager (free) and Mobile Device Management (typically paid, though there are free options). Some popular Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms are Apple Business Essentials, Jamf, Mosyle, Kandji, and JumpCloud.

Apple Business Manager will allow you to purchase licenses for paid apps and acquire licenses for free apps, create Managed Apple IDs (MAIDs), and connect a retailer to your MDM platform for zero touch enrollment.

MDM will allow you to configure and secure devices, deploy the apps from Apple Business Manager, and perform remote commands such as locking or wiping devices, restarting devices, or placing devices in Lost Mode.

You can start at www.apple.com/business or reach out to the business team at your local Apple Store for more information.
