Installation of iTunes

iTunes is disabled from my phone making difficult to use

There is no app named "iTunes" on an iPhone. There is an "iTunes Store" app and an "Apple Music" app.


If you are getting an iTunes disabled message you will need to contact Apple Support.


If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
