I have lost my Apple Watch and wanna find it but it’s not hooked up to my phone what so ever

I need to find my Apple Watch that has been lost and I don’t have it hooked up to any app on my phone not even find my I don’t know how to find it?

if it's not added to find my then your only option is looking the old fashion way as in retracing your steps and looking where you had it last and so forth
