unlock Apple Watch
I got an Apple Watch but it’s has activation lock and I can’t unlock it when the old owner can’t
The previous owner needs to take the following steps before you can use it

If they can't then the Watch cannot be used and Apple cannot help except to help the genuine previous owner recover their password..
