How do I fix the squeaking noises on my AirPods Pro when it’s in noise cancellation or transparency?

My AirPods Pro (1st gen) has been making squeaking noises when it’s in noise cancellation or transparency mode. The noise is made whenever there is slight movement. I have tried resetting the AirPods but the issue is still not fixed. How do I solve this problem?
