Monterey update Notifications when I'm already on Ventura

I have macOS Ventura 13.3.1 installed and running on my 2019 iMac but at least once a week I have a notification reminding me to update to the latest version of Monterey. I've tried everything to stop the notifications and I cannot find any way of stopping them. Has anyone encountered the same or have a solution?

This can happen and have seen this from time to time.

Annoying as it is, sometimes the Apple Servers have a " hiccup " and offers an older version update even thought the computer is running the newest Version of macOS

Possible work around would to download the Full Version of Monterey 12.6.5 and leave it in the Application Folder unTouched.

Yes, this will occupy additional space ( 12.xx GB ) of space on the machine.

Then, Get Support Choose a product and we’ll find you the best solution.

Start now and open an Apple Support Ticket as they are Apple Employees to deal will these types of issues .

Hopefully, they will Elevate this up the Apple Food Chain " Apple Engineers " for them to resolve this issue once and for all.
