No photos, videos or Gifs

Recently I've been unable to send or receive photos or gifs through texting. Doesn't matter if I have iMessage on or off. And in my group chats when I do try and send any photos or videos or gifs I'll get a message failure and when I hit try again sending as a SMS isn't even an option. I get try again or send to email addresses. Is anyone else having this issue and if so how can I fix it? We've tried restarting phones, turning iMessage on and off, starting a new group chat etc ...

Hello Mo_30,

To help resolve this issue, remove any VPN apps, restart your iPhone and try sending the message again. VPN apps can sometimes cause issues like the one you're having. You can check for VPN's by going to Settings > General > VPN, DNS, & Device Management.
