Trying to update my icloud+

I was trying to update my icloud and account because I want to buy more storage space.
But the amount of money (25 euros) didn't add in my wallet.
Can you help me?

You can upgrade your iCloud+ subscription by following the steps outlined in this article: Upgrade to iCloud+ - Apple Support. Instead of selecting ‘Buy More Storage’, select ‘Change Storage Plan’.
