hello ! I would like to know if it is possible to recover deleted messages from the iphone and I can't find them in the temporarily deleted messages. Is there any way or am I lost permanently? Thank Eduardo

To clarify are these text messages or emails?
Emails, check your Trash folder in the Mail app by pressing the Back arrow until you reach the main Mailboxes screen, then select the Trash folder. Emails usually stay there for 30 days at least.
As to text messages, if they're deleted, you might be able to restore the entire iPhone from a backup made prior to when the messages were deleted.
Bear in mind this takes everything on the phone to the state it was at the date of the backup. So new data added in other apps may be lost.
Aside from that however, there are no options to recover a deleted text.
